AbstractThis comprehensive forty-two-page report was prepared at the request of the Palestinian Authority and the Israeli government and had the cooperation of both. The World Bank team also included one representative each from the United Nations Special Coordinator's Office (UNSCO), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and the European Commission. Reproduced below is the section assessing the economic benefits of Israel's Gaza disengagement plan. Footnotes have been omitted for space.
