Abstract

Abstract Oxidelektroden ( ;z.B. für elektrochemische Solarzellen) der Zusammensetzung Fe"Ti, ‐ "O4 wurden für x: 0‐0.9 durch thermische Hydrolyse von wäßrigen Fe(III)‐Ti(IV)‐Lösungen (Chloride) auf geheizten Ti‐Metall‐Scheiben mit nachfolgender Wärmebehandlung hergestellt.
