This paper presents a critical analysis of the new fellony of harassment at the work place in the Chilean legal system, introduced by Law No. 20.607/2012. The author begins with the study and scope of the legal concept of workplace bullying. Then, he reviews the protection afforded by the legal system against the psychological harassment at the workplace, through various mechanisms established in labor matters. Also, he addresses certain topics related to compatibility, proposed by the author, among the claims covered by labor law and common law.
