Broadband high photoresponse graphene photodetector

Abstract

We demonstrate a high photoresponsivity of 8.61 A/W in pure monolayer graphene photodetectors, together with a broadband photoresponse from the visible to mid-infrared, through bandstructure engineering of graphene by introducing electron trapping centers and bandgap.
