Spectrophotometric determination of lanthanum with Chromazurol S.

Abstract

ランタンを含む酸性溶液10~15mlに,0.25%クロムアズロールS溶液2mlを加え,7%ヘキサミン溶液でpH6.5に調節し水で25mlにうすめ30分後,試薬ブランクを対照として510mμで吸光度を測定する.5~140μg La/25mlの範囲でベールの法則に従い,検量線から求めた510mμにおける分子吸光係数は1.3×104である.硫酸とフッ化水素酸により,ランタンをフッ化物として分離することによって,2~4価の金属の妨害を除いた.また,520mμと600mμの吸光度を測定して,ランタン-プラセオジムとランタン-イッテルビウムの同時定量を行なった.なお,ネオジム,プラセオジム,ガドリニウム,ジスプロシウム,ホルミウムおよびイッテルビウムのCAS錯体についても検討を行なった.
