Bias voltage dependence of tunneling giant magnetoresistance in heterogeneous Fe-SIO2 granular films

Abstract

There has been extensive interest in tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) after the discovery of the large magnetoresistance (MR) tatio in Fe/Al2O4/Fe junction, and subsequently in Co-Al-O granular magnetic films.
