Abstract

The number five of the magazine that the reader has in his hands, means the effort of a year of work, which little by little is providing valuable results. Among which stands out the fluid and fruitful participation of national and international jurists who contribute to consolidate its global essence, both for the issues addressed, and for the vision of human dignity as the center and purpose of all existing legal systems.
