Abstract Das photoelektrochemische Verhalten von n‐leitenden ZnO‐, CdS‐ und GaP‐Einkristallelektroden in AcCN‐Lösungen verschiedener elektroaktiver Verbindungen wie z.B. p‐Chinon oder Thianthren‐ wird untersucht.
