Abstract

This study tackles the constitutional control of the reforms around the politic constitution, based on the identity protection. Also, it’s deal with the constitutional severity, the material limits, and an analysis about the jurisprudential courts of Germany, Italy and India, who through the immutable clause’s study, implicit limits, values and the basic structure of the constitution have conditioned the reform power, warranting that the politic constitution be changed with the indemnity of its continuity
