Facile Preparation of Multifunctional Upconversion Nanoprobes for Multimodal Imaging and Dual‐Targeted Photothermal Therapy

Abstract

Alleskönner: Multifunktionelle Nanopartikel (MFNP) aus einem aufkonvertierenden Nanopartikel (grün, für Upconversion-Lumineszenz), einer Schicht von Eisenoxid-Nanopartikeln (schwarz, für Magnetresonanz) und einer Goldhülle (rot, für Lichtstreuung) eignen sich für die multimodale Bildgebung von Zellen in vitro. Die Lichtabsorption der MFNPs im Nahinfrarot-Bereich ermöglicht überdies die photothermische Zerstörung von Krebszellen.
