Polyaniline (PANI) and magnesium oxide doped nano composite (PANI/MgO) prepared by in situ chemical oxidation method using different weight percentage of magnesium oxide (MgO) (10%, 20%,30% ,40%& 50%) and the polymerization of PANI were carried out by using ammonium persulfate as oxidising agent.By using the XRD technique was studied the structural behaviour of all the samples.SEM micrographs exhibited agglomeration and showed that MgO particles have a well-built effect on the morphology of composites with common grain size The DC conductivity of polyaniline and composite polyaniline (PANI-MgO composites) was studied with the help of corresponding temperature.DC conductivity shows an confirmation for the transfer properties of PANI-MgO composites.. Due to the positive temperature coefficient of resistance of MgO, these composites can signify in progress of new materials in temperature dependent applications.Polyaniline -MgO can be used as microwave absorbing resources because of their very less dielectric loss values.
