Abstract

Under the guidance of carbon neutralization and carbon peaking goals, the energy structure needs to be continuously adjusted and improved. Research about the advantages of the hydrogen storage system's efficient and optimized operation in the integrated energy system (IES) provides a direction for the development of IES in the future. This paper takes the integrated energy microgrid as the research object, and a day-ahead economic dispatch method for the integrated energy microgrid considering the hydrogen energy storage system is proposed. Firstly, the typical architecture and operating characteristics of the hydrogen energy storage system are analyzed; Then, a day-ahead economic dispatch model is built to achieve the goal of minimal operating cost for IES. On this basis, it is unrealistic to address the problem through a centralized dispatch method with different agencies. Therefore, a distributed optimization algorithm based on ADMM is developed to solve the scheduling problem; Finally, the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed model and method are verified through the analysis of an integrated electricity-natural gas system calculation example.
