Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Cv. Bandung Printer pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

Abstract. The study of aims to study Effect of Work Enviroment and Work Discipline on Employee Perfomance Cv. Bandung Printer West Bandung Regency. This Research is categorized as descriptive and quantative research with questionnaire. The population in this study was 60 people. Sampling with saturated samples. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews.Test the validity of the instruments by using product moment while the reliability test by cronbanch Alpha with help of SPSS. Measuirng intrsuments are proven valid and reliable for research instruments.Hypothesis testing of thi stsudy uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of study proved: (1) The Work Environment proved to be significantly postivie on Employee Perfomance with a value of 0,724 and sig = 0,000 the contribution of the Work Environment to employee Perfomance was 42,7%; (2) Work Dicipline has a significant positive role on Employee Perfomenace with avalue of 0,632 and sig 0,000, the contribution of Work Discipline to Employee Perfomace by 29,2%. (3) Work Environment and Work Discipline have a significant positive effect on Employee Perfomance with the result R2 = 0,719. This means that the Work Environment and Work Discipline give an effect on Perfomance of 71,9% while the remaining 28,1% by other factors not included in this study. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Bsndung Printer Pada MAsa PAndemi Covid-19.Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrument berupa kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang karyawan, pengambilan sampel dengan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Uji validitas instrument dengan menggunakan product moment pearson sedangkan uji reabilitas dengan menggunakan Cronbach Alpha dengan bantuan software SPSS 25.0. Alat ukur terbukti valid dan reliable untuk instrument penelitian. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda . Hasil penelitian terbukti (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai 0,724 dan sig = 0,000 , kontribusi Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 42,7%; (2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai 0,632 dan sig = 0,000 , kontribusi Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 29,2%; (3) Lingkungan Kerja dan Dsiiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan hasil R2 = 0,719. Hal ini berarti Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan dengan memberikan pengaruh terhadap Kinerja sebesar 71,9% sedangkan sisanya 28,1% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain yang tidak termasuk ke dalam penelitian ini
