Single MCDCTA Based Current-mode Multiphase Sinusoidal Oscillator

Abstract

The multiphase sinusoidal oscillator is proposed in this article. A single multifunction current differencing cascaded transconductance amplifier (MCDCTA), three resistors, and three capacitors are used in the proposed circuit with high-output-impedance nodes. The proposed circuit can be operated by electronic adjusting the oscillation condition without affecting the oscillation frequency. The proposed circuit was verified via a computer simulation that is agreed to the theoretical analysis.
