This paper presents a joint radar selection and resource allocation (JRS-RA) strategy for multi-target tracking in radar network under communication interference. The main purpose of this strategy is to minimize the tracking errors of multiple targets while satisfying several transmit resource budgets of radar network. The expression of the predicted Bayesian Cramer-Rao lower bound (BCRLB) is derived and used to measure the target tracking performance. Since the JRS-RA strategy is a non-convex optimization problem, we propose a two-step solution algorithm to solve the resulting problem. Simulation results demonstrate that the JRS-RA strategy can achieve better target tracking performance compared with other strategies under the same communication interference environment.
