MAGNETIC STRUCTURE OF CuxZn1-xCr2Se4

Abstract

Magnetic and neutron diffraction measurements on Cu,Znl-,Cr2Se4 yield a simple spiral structure for x = 0.02 and a conical one for c = 0.11 below 21 K. Cuo.llZno.89Cr2Se4proved to be of the magnetic cluster glass type in contradiction with theoretical predictions of Krok et at.for 0.05 5 x 5 0.2 [5].
