BIAS CORRECTION OF d4PDF RIVER DISCHARGE AND INUNDATION ANALYSIS IN THE CHAO PHRAYA RIVER BASIN

Abstract

チャオプラヤ川流域を対象に,d4PDF流出発生量に基づく河川流量に含まれるバイアスをプミポンダムとシリキットダムのダム流入量,および下流のナコンサワン地点で分けて補正する手法を試みた.d4PDF流出発生量に基づく河川流量は,上流域で過小評価,中流域で過大評価の傾向があり,ダム流入量のバイアス補正と下流ナコンサワン地点でのバイアス補正を組み合わせることにより,異なるバイアス傾向を適切に補正することができた.その結果,2011年洪水の再現期間はナコンサワン地点の無害流量を超える総流量(越水氾濫量)を基準として約100年と推定された.さらに,ADU法に基づく高速化氾濫モデルを構築し,越水氾濫量上位60事例の氾濫解析を行った結果,最大氾濫量が約1.5倍異なる一方,氾濫面積は大きく変化しなかった.2011年洪水規模以上の最大クラス洪水では,浸水範囲は大きく変わらず,浸水深が深くなることが示唆された.
