Peran Mediasi Organizational Citizenship Dalam Mediasi Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja

Abstract

This study aims to analyze several things, namely the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance in mediating organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Herfinta Farm And Plantation Medan. In this study using the type of associative research with the sample in this study as many as 53 respondents who are employees of PT. Herfinta Farm And Plantation Medan. Data collection techniques using a list of questions such as questionnaires and data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) to test the seven hypotheses proposed in this study. The results of this study indicate that: the influence of culture on employee performance has an original sample value of 0.411 and a P-Values value of 0.009 0.05, then a positive and insignificant effect between organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance has an original sample value of 0.170 and a P-Values value of 0.28 5 > 0.05, then there is a positive and insignificant effect between organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, o Organizational citizenship behavior as a mediator variable does not act as a mediation, because it has an original sample value of 0.063, 0.040 and a P-Values value of 0.40 6 > 0.05 and 0.4 48 > 0.05, so it has a positive and insignificant effect between the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance in the mediation of organizational citizenship behavior.
