ANALISIS MOTIVASI KERJA PERAWAT PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

Pandemi merupakan penyakit global yang menyebar luas dan mempengaruhi banyak orang, khususnya perawat sebagai profesional yang sangat rentan tertular virus COVID-19 karena berhadapan dengan pasien secara langsung, hal ini dapat meningkatkan yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi kerja perawat di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi kerja perawat pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di BLUD RS Benyamin Guluh Kabupaten Kolaka. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survei deskriptif analitik. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner, adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat motivasi kerja intrinsik perawat di masa pandemi COVID-19 terbanyak berada pada kategori sedang (58. 1%), dimana indikator prestasi terbanyak berada pada kategori sedang (51.6%), indikator penghargaan kategori tinggi dan dengan jumlah yang sama (50,0%), dan indikator tanggung jawab terbanyak berada pada kategori tinggi (56.5%). Tingkat motivasi kerja ekstrinsik perawat di masa pandemi COVID-19 berada paling banyak pada kategori tinggi (72,6%), dimana kondisi kerja terbanyak berada pada kategori tinggi (64,5%), indikator ketidakseimbangan terbanyak berada pada kategori tinggi (82,3%), indikator hubungan interpersonal dan indikator kebijakan semua berada pada kategori tinggi (100,0%). Tingkat motivasi kerja perawat di masa pandemi COVID-19 terbanyak berada pada kategori tinggi (62,9%). ABSTRACT A pandemic is a global disease outbreak that spreads widely and affects many people, especially nurses as professionals who are very vulnerable to contracting the COVID-19 virus because they deal with patients directly, this can increase concerns that can affect the work motivation of nurses during a pandemic. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the work motivation of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic at the BLUD of Benyamin Guluh Hospital, Kolaka Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with the research design used is descriptive analytical survey. The instrument used is a questionnaire, while the data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The results of this study show that the highest level of intrinsic work motivation of nurses during the COVID19 pandemic was in the medium category (58.1%), where the highest achievement indicators were in the medium category (51.6%), the high and medium category award indicators with the same number (50). 0.0%), and the most responsibility indicators are in the high category (56.5%). The highest level of extrinsic work motivation of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic was in the high category (72.6%), where the most indicators of working conditions were in the high category (64.5%), the highest reward indicator was in the high category (82.3%), indicators of interpersonal relationships and all policy indicators are in the high category (100.0%). The highest level of work motivation of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic was in the high category (62.9%). It is hoped that the awarding of awards to nurses needs to be increased so that nurses can be more accomplished and responsible and increase the performance of nurses, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
