Synthesis of ultra-stable perovskite composite quantum dots for light-emitting diodes

Abstract

We successfully optimized a simple process without using any solvents for synthesizing an ultra-stable CsPbBr 3 @SiO 2 luminescent material. The achieved CsPbBr 3 @SiO 2 showed ultra-high stability for LED application.
