Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide assistance to Catholic 10 elementary school teachers in Manado City for the preparation of innovative learning tools in natural science learning. The implementation method used is the nature of this activity, the implementation method is carried out in the form of: training, workshops and mentoring. The method used in training, workshops and mentoring is in the form of a cycle which is carried out in five stages, namely: the planning stage, the action stage, the observation stage, the reflection stage, and the follow-up stage. It is hoped that after this service program is carried out, the teachers will be skilled at innovating in the manufacture of learning tools, especially in learning natural sciences (IPA) in elementary schools
