Anti-phase Dual Wavelength Phase Demodulation for Extrinsic Fabry-Perot Interferometric Sensors

Abstract

We report an anti-phase dual wavelength phase demodulation to overcome drawback of traditional dual wavelength method such as unable to interrogate signals with small amplitude. Our method shows good linearity and excellent repeatability.
