Supply Chain Relationships within Airport Retailing

Abstract

The aim of this chapter is to examine the structure and operation of the supply chain in airport retailing. It will examine the types of relationships that exist between retailers, airport operators and suppliers, and consider the methods employed to source, buy and supply product.
