Abstract

More than hundred Journal paper was collected and it was identified some research gap in this study. Mainly this research work was focused on Aluminium/ Ceramic metal matrix composite. Mechanical properties such as tensile, toughness, Ductility, Impact and hardness test are going to be analyzed in this research work. Based on the above study relevant research paper, there are grouped into various categories. The mechanical properties of AA6063 common matrix and of various composition of ceramic materials are studied from the literature survey. The relevant research papers are collected according to various weights (%). By changing weight percentage of SiC, we are going to improve the Mechanical properties of the Composite Material.
