PERAN BANK WAKAF MIKRO DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT (STUDI KASUS BWM TEBUIRENG MITRA SEJAHTERA)

Abstract

Micro waqf banks are predicted to be a solution in improving the welfare of the poor and micro business actors around Islamic boarding schools, where this micro waqf bank is presented in accordance with Islamic values. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the BWM Tebuireng Mitra Sejahtera fund and its role in improving the welfare of the pesantren environment. This research approach is to use a qualitative descriptive approach based on observations, interviews, or document review. This research also shows that BWM Tebuireng Mitra Sejahtera has a role in improving people's welfare. This has been proven through the ability of the community to implement Maqoshid Sharia in the form of religious protection (Hifdzu Ad-Din), protection of the soul (Hifdzu An-Nafs), protection of reason (Hifdzu Akl), protection of descendants (Hifdzu An-Nashl) protection of property (Hifdzu Maal).
