Abstract

Addition of a low content of single-wall carbon nanotubes (CNTs) increases the ultimate strength and elastic modulus of epoxy-resin-based polymer composites owing to a strong interaction between CNTs and a polymer matrix. The influence of CNTs on the electrical characteristics of composites has been studied.
