The problems in this study are interpersonal intelligence in some low students, there is a tendency for children to socialize less towards their friends, some students prefer to play individuals, a lack of awareness of the guardians in implementing the moral values of the traditional game. This research aims to determine the impact of traditional games to improve interpersonal intelligence. This study uses qualitative research models with a descriptive approach. The research was conducted at TKIT Az-Zahra, Sukodono, Sragen from October 2019 to March 2020. The subjects in this study were b1 students and class teachers and informants, namely other class teachers and principals. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity techniques use source triangulation and triangulation methods. The qualitative data analysis techniques in this study use miles and Huberman interactive analysis models consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The conclusion of the research on traditional games cublak-cublak suweng to improve interpersonal skills shows that cublak-cublak suweng in addition to entertainment also has many values in them one of them to develop interpersonal intelligence of early childhood, the value of togetherness is clearly seen from the togetherness of its players in this game, this traditional game can teach children to adhere to the rules of play, and patiently queue with their friends.
