High efficiency and stable photoluminescence of CH3NH3PbBr3@CsPbBr3 perovskite quantum dots

Abstract

CH3NH3PbBr3@CsPbBr3 QDs were prepared by epitaxially growing inorganic perovskite CsPbBr3 on surface of cubic CH3NH3PbBr3. Photoluminescence of CH3NH3PbBr3@CsPbBr3 QDs is not only strong but also stable for months, and the quantum yield is high.
