Propuesta de una Arquitectura Empresarial para la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú

Abstract

In this project, there’s an improvement proposal for the automation and control of the information associated to each private school in agreement with Infopuc, Institute of Computing of PUCP. The business process Environmental management has been chosen, where this organization transmits its institutional image through its strategic institutional alliances. \nChapter 1 describes the organization and its selected business process. Likewise, the objectives and benefits are determined by implementing the proposed solution. \nChapter 2 details the Business Architecture considering the ADM methodology of the TOGAF framework for the analysis of the current AS IS status of the business process and its alignment with the strategic IT objectives. In addition, the target line (TO BE) obtained from the gap analysis is proposed. \nChapter 3 presents the proposal for the development of business process software using agile methods under the Scrum framework. The strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats of the organization are identified. \nChapter 4 describes the business architecture proposal that allows improving the processes in the organization, aligning the strategic objectives of IT with those of the business and adding value to the university. \nIt is expected as a result, that the solution proposed for Infopuc, Institute of Computing of PUCP, achieve an efficient decision making based on the complete and integrated information that will be had of each educational institution with agreement.
