Wearable Sensors Corresponding to Various Applications in Medical/Healthcare Field

Abstract

This paper describes the TDK wristband type wearable sensor "Silmee ™ W22". Intended use is mainly in Medical/Healthcare services to monitor lifestyle-related diseases, such as dementia, cerebral infarction and frailty. This paper will discuss three research studies related to serious conditions requiring care. Moreover, this paper will show that TDK wearables have been used in a wide range of fields such as fleet management and productivity improvement, etc.
