Abstract

Presents the elaboration of a business architecture proposal for the sales process of an importing company, as well as its implementation through agile methods. Likewise, the implementation of the proposal will allow the fulfillment of the strategic objectives of the organization, of which stands out: the increase of the network of distributors, increase of the income by sales and the improvements in the channels of attention to the client.
