Abstract

Farmers Group is one of general society organization in Klaten Region, which is a rice producing area in Central Java Province. As a medium gathered various kinds of individual characteristics, Farmers Group has a challenge to face especially internal group communication. The role of group member, relationship between each members of group, and relationship between farmers Groups become the focus of communication management in group. Through a good communication management in group and Diffusion of innovations, the development of farmers group can be achieved.
