RI-Insensitive Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) for Label-free Profiling and Classification of Living Cancer Cells

Abstract

Abstract: By supporting uniform arrays of hot spots with significant SERS enhancement factors (> 10 7 ) insensitive to background refractive-index (RI) variations, nanolaminate plasmonic substrates can enable label-free molecular profiling and statistical classification of living cancer cells.
