In this paper, an event-triggered control scheme is developed for the systems with both time delay and quantization. Firstly, the event-triggered closed-loop system model is set up. Then, the conditions for the stability of the system with quantization are obtained by using event-triggered control method. During the event triggering interval, the controller uses a zero-order holder (ZOH) to keep the input constant. Moreover, the theoretical results are applied to time-delay systems. Finally, through simulation examples, the synthetical influence of quantization and time delay on the control system is discussed.
