Abstract

The Fabry-Perot interferometer sensor in the optical fiber fabricated by femtosecond laser in the water is investigated in this article. The Fabry-Perot interferometer fabricated with different laser pulse energies and cavity lengths are discussed in the air and water. It is concluded that the Fabry-Perot interferometer with 60 mW in the water has more obvious fringe visibility, and the method has high potentials in Fabry-Perot interferometer fabrication.
