Beneficial effects of recombinant human augmenter of liver regeneration on mitochondrial function in rats with obstructive jaundice

Abstract

目的 探讨重组人肝再生增强因子(rhALR)对梗阻性黄疸大鼠肝细胞线粒体功能及肝功能的保护作用.方法 144只健康Wistar大鼠随机分为SHAM组、BDO-RBF组、BDO-RBF-rhALR组,分别检测其线粒体功能及肝功能的变化情况,电镜观察各组大鼠肝细胞线粒体的形态学改变.结果 胆道梗阻后,大鼠线粒体功能及肝功能均出现明显损伤(P<0.05或P<0.01),BDO-RBF-rhALR组肝细胞线粒体功能及肝功能的损害程度明显轻于BDO-RBF组(P<0.05),并且当胆管再通后,其恢复更快.电镜观察梗阻性黄疸后,肝细胞线粒体出现明显损伤,BDO-RBF-rhALR组病理改变明显轻于BDO-RBF组.结论 rhALR对梗阻性黄疸大鼠肝细胞线粒体功能及肝功能具有明显的保护作用。
