Abstract

肿瘤光动力治疗(photodynamic therapy,PDT)是20世纪80年代初兴起并在近年发展起来的一种新的治疗肿瘤的方法,即利用肿瘤组织对特定化学物质的选择性摄入,这些特定的化学物质在一定波长的光作用下产生光动力效应而达到破坏肿瘤组织的目的[1-10]。
