Learning strategy in society 5.0, like blended learning, has to be developed to solve the lack of managing time and space in teaching and learning for electronics engineering pupils in vocational high school (VHS) Indonesia. The study aims to develop a framework design of blended learning, which combines both discovery and project learning models. The model is called blended discovery-project learning (BDPL) model. The innovative model will be supported by Moodle platform as e-learning, so both pupils and teachers can communicate, collaborate, and solve contextual issues easily. The BDPL model steps are; selecting the contextual problem around environments, simulating to solve problems, undertaking projects to prove hypotheses, and concluding a solution or discovering a new problem. Pupils are expected to acquire the fundamental knowledge before they come to the real hypothesis testing practice at school. Therefore, the BDPL model is going to be very beneficial since it is not bounded with time and space during the teaching and learning process.
