In this paper, a cluster head active switching algorithm is proposed for the problem that the wireless sensor network is exhausted by the energy of the cluster head node in the stable phase of data transmission. By periodically determining the head energy of the cluster head, the algorithm can complete the switching of the cluster head before the energy of the cluster head node is exhausted. The new cluster head node is determined by calculating the cluster head fitness index and adjusting the relevant parameter values, and determining whether it is necessary to switch to the new cluster head node. The calculation and analysis results of the example show that for the selection of new cluster heads, the algorithm can ensure that the new cluster head nodes are reasonable in the selection of energy and distance indicators.
