Cover Feature: An Aqueous Hybrid Zinc‐Bromine Battery with High Voltage and Energy Density (ChemElectroChem 7/2020)

Abstract

The Cover Feature shows the structure and working mechanism of the aqueous hybrid zinc-bromine battery (AHZBB) system, which is of great promise to tackle the intermittence issue of renewable energies such as solar, wind, and tidal technologies, and use for large-scale energy storage in smart grids.More information can be found in the Communication by Y. Wu and co-workers.
