This study aims to the Evaluation of Student Affirmation Program from Papua Region at Padang State University by Using Kirkpatrick Model. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. Selection of research informant is done by purposive sampling that is student from Papua region, colleague, PTIK Staff, Head of Student Affair, Head of Department, Head of Prodi, Lecturer and Lecturer of Academic Advisor with data collection technique through observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that (1) Evaluation of Reaction measures how evaluation high the reaction of students from Papua region to Affirmation Program is still very short is still new. (2) Evaluation of Learning Evaluation Learning more dominated by lecturers resulting in low students' critical thinking ability Low control over student learning activities off campus that tend to take time off campus is not for learning, discussion, and activities to develop competence. (3) Evaluation of Student Behavior Evaluation Student life from Papua region in UNP experienced many dynamics. One of the fundamental can threaten the success of studying at UNP is difficult personality problem in adapting to new environment. (4) Evaluation The result is that some students fail to study at UNP because they have difficult personality to socialize. It should be considered all parties, especially academic community in UNP to create students who in addition to have and master the science and technology and have a good personality (character) and talented in the field of ability.
