Abstract

In this work the morphological, structural and optical properties of metal (Ag) and semiconductor (ZnO, Cu 2 ZnSnS 4 ) nanoparticles synthesized by the chemical methods were investigated. Afterwards, the nanoinks were formed by using the synthesized nanoparticles, which are promising for 2D, and 3D printing of the active electronic components, 3 rd generation solar cells. As a proof of the concept, the sliver conductive circuit board for the multivibrator was printed onto the flexible substrate.
