Abstract

The exercise of a professional career was the cusp of a school year of several years, developing and maintaining a job to exercise it from the knowledge acquired in both the theoretical and practical aspects and skills was relatively simple, and then retire and enjoy an income Monthly decorous. At present, the new labor dynamic, of “social security” and even of education, poses new horizons as well as complex challenges to face and solve. Analyze how these new rules impact on individuals, their families and social relationships, is the primary objective of this work, which seeks to unravel what are the practices that the market modifies in the workplace and the mechanisms they use from of forgetting the interests of the individuals and exalting the profits of the companies, at the cost of the benefits or rights that as a worker or employee were acquired by union achievements.
