Polarization‐Sensitive Photodetectors: Symmetry‐Reduction Enhanced Polarization‐Sensitive Photodetection in Core–Shell SbI3/Sb2O3 van der Waals Heterostructure (Small 7/2020)

Abstract

In article number 1907172, Zhongming Wei and co-workers synthesize and fabricate core–shell SbI3/Sb2O3 nanowires as polarization-sensitive photodetectors. SbI3/Sb2O3 nanowires possess high anisotropy crystal structure due to symmetry reduction, which facilitate superior polarized detectivity from UV to visible light.
