A Regional Integrated Energy System Dispatching Method Considering Energy Cascade Utilization

Abstract

The supply demand relationship of regional integrated energy system (RIES) is complex. Without a reasonable energy supply structure, it is difficult for RIES to give full play to its advantages. Energy cascade utilization structure can improve the operation economy and stability of RIES. Based on the idea of "grade counterparts, cascade utilization", the energy grades of equipment output and load in RIES are divided and scheduling model, which aims to reduce the daily total cost, is built in this paper. Finally, the RIES dispatching method considering energy cascade utilization proposed in this paper is simulated with actual data. Compared with traditional RIES dispatching method, the scheduling method proposed in this paper can provide a more economical RIES operation plan. Additionally, the stability and energy efficiency of RIES are improved with the application of the method.
