A Resource Allocation Scheme Based on Least Squares Support Vector Machine and Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm

Abstract

In this paper, a classification evaluation model is designed by least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM). And then, the particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO) is used to construct the resource allocation scheme. Finally, we solve a reasonable resource development problem according to the existing school evaluation standards. This paper takes the schools in Xi'an as an example to expound the present situation of basic resource allocation in schools.
