A Cloud-based Virtual Experiment Platform for Computer Hardware Teaching

Abstract

The computer hardware serial courses are necessary professional courses for computer major students. And the practice operation is an important supplement to the course theory teaching. In this paper, we propose a cloud-based virtual experiment platform, which is easy to use, immersive, interesting and innovative. The architecture, workflow and design of our proposed cloud-based experiment platform are discussed in detail. The effect evaluation shows that our system are useful for teachers to improve the experimental teaching quality and can help students enhance their experimental skills and participation enthusiasm.
