Abstract

In this work we analyzed arrays of 3D dielectric nano-helices for nanophotonic devices made by focus electron beam induced deposition. By means of this technique it is possible to vary the geometrical parameters of the periodic structures enabling large values of circular dichroism in the visible spectral range. The possibility to modify the structural parameter allows the realization of different geometrical arrangement ranging from chiral photonic crystal-like, to metamaterial-like structures across intermediate regions between them, opening the way to new nanophotonic applications.
