Holographic femtosecond laser processing with sub-diffraction-limit focusing

Abstract

Femtosecond laser processing with sub-diffraction-limit focusing beyond the diffraction limit is demonstrated. It is realized with a computer-generated hologram designed by a proximity-complex amplitude optimization method.
