This work investigated the rheological, thermal and mechanical properties of High-Density Polyethylene/Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (HDPE/LLDPE) blends. The results of rheological properties showed an increase in the complex viscosity with the increase in LLDPE content and miscibility between HDPE and LLDPE phases. X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) analyses showed a decrease in the degree of crystallinity of HDPE/LLDPE blends with the increase in the LLDPE content. The HDPE/LLDPE blends showed higher thermal stability than HDPE/LLDPE blends. Morphology analysis by SEM indicated an increase in the plastic deformation with the increase in the LLDPE content, leading to a substantial increase in the impact strength.
